You previously engaged Pusch & Nguyen Law Firm, PLLC (“Pusch & Nguyen”) to represent you in your personal injury claim.

Attorney Chi-Hung David Nguyen served as the principal attorney on your case at Pusch & Nguyen.  Mr. Nguyen continues to hold an ownership interest in Pusch & Nguyen but has not participated in the firm’s day-to-day management since April 21, 2025.  Anthony Pusch has solely managed the daily operations of Pusch & Nguyen since April 21, 2025. 

Mr. Nguyen now operates his own law firm, independently, through The Nguyen Injury Law Firm. 

Under Texas law, you have the right to select the attorney or law firm of your choosing to represent you in your case.  You may choose to:

(1) Be represented by Mr. Chi-Hung David Nguyen at The Nguyen Injury Law Firm;

(2) Be represented by Mr. Anthony Pusch at Pusch & Nguyen; or

(3) Retain a different attorney to represent you. 

If you decide you no longer wish to be represented by Pusch & Nguyen, Pusch & Nguyen may seek to recover the value of the legal services it has performed to date on your case, if any, from any settlement funds or money judgment you receive from your case.  Pusch & Nguyen may also seek to enforce the terms of any engagement agreement or power of attorney you previously executed with the firm.  If you would like to review that agreement or discuss your representation with Pusch & Nguyen, please contact Pusch & Nguyen.

Attached to this letter is an optional form you may choose to fill out with respect to your legal representation.  If you do not wish to fill the form, Pusch & Nguyen will continue to represent you.  If you would like to be represented by Mr. Nguyen, please fill out the form so we can effectuate the transfer of your file.
