Mr. Chi-Hung David Nguyen is a practicing personal injury attorney and the founder of The Nguyen Injury Law Firm. He is also the co-founder of the former Houston-based personal injury firm Pusch & Nguyen Law Firm, where he played a key role in building the firm’s operations, client services, and market presence. He has represented clients across the state of Texas in a wide range of injury matters, from motor vehicle collisions to catastrophic injury claims involving complex liability issues.

David was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the DeBakey High School for Health Professions and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. His background in both business and law has shaped a practical, results-driven approach to litigation and client advocacy.

Throughout his legal career, David has been instrumental in developing case strategies, leading legal teams, and guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. His practice focuses on automobile accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial trucking cases, slip-and-fall injuries, and serious injury claims involving offshore and oilfield workers.

In addition to practicing law, David is the founder of Omnis AI, a legal-technology company focused on improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in legal services through responsible artificial intelligence. His work in legal technology is informed by firsthand experience in personal injury litigation and a belief that innovation can strengthen—not replace—high-quality legal representation.
